What is The Brick Side?

The Brick Side is a comic strip illustrated in LEGO, that I have been developing for a couple months. Think The Far Side meets LEGO bricks; hilarity ensues.

When will it start?

The fun begins May 1, 2009. I'll be launching the first 5 strips that day, then resuming to my regularly scheduled 3 a week.

What will it be like?

The Brick Side is a one-panel strip, much like The Far Side was, and the way Dennis the Menace and Family Circus are during the week.There is no set cast or ongoing drama, though I will have some recurring characters and themes. Of course, with LEGO, there are a number of existing themes such as Star Wars and Indiana Jones, as well as the classic space, castle, pirate, and other themes to draw on. Not to mention the unlimited possibilities open to a LEGO fan.  Plus, I like to play with the interaction between the LEGO world and the real world.
